Thank you for your interest in Notre Dame Academy! Our online admissions process is hosted by Ravenna Solutions, an application management system, for all aspects of the admissions process. Through Ravenna, parents can apply to Notre Dame Academy, submit support documentation, and track application status.

Notre Dame Academy, an Independent Marist Catholic school, invites families from all walks of life to visit our campus. In keeping with the Marist tradition, approximately 66% of our student body is Catholic and 34% of our students are of other faiths. We embrace cultural diversity and welcome all religious faiths to our community, while weaving the teachings of the Catholic church and Marist mission in education into our everyday learning.

  • Step One: Online Admissions Application

    Visit Ravenna to submit an application and supporting documents online. You will need to create a student profile in Ravenna to begin the application process. Click here to apply to Notre Dame Academy!
  • Step Two: Submit Supporting Documents

    The following documents can be uploaded in Ravenna and are required for the admissions process.  The Transcript Release and Teacher Evaluation Forms are available within Ravenna for you to send to your child's current school. They will complete these online and submit them via Ravenna. If you have any trouble submitting documents, please email them to admissions@ndacademy.org.

  • Step Three: Admissions Decision

    The Office of Admissions will extend an admissions decision after the student's full academic file has been reviewed by the admissions committee. Please note that all supporting documents must be received prior to review, including teacher evaluations and transcripts, if applicable. 2024-2025 school year decisions will be released within 10 days of a completed file.

    2. Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) scores (grades 9 thru 12 only) SSAT School Code: 5432; you may use PSAT, SAT or ACT scores instead if those are available - upload to Ravenna or emailed to admissions@ndacademy.org
    3. School Transcripts From applicant’s current school, including Standardized Test Scores, grades, and discipline record

    Please note: 12th grade applications are only considered on a very specific basis. Due to Notre Dame Academy graduation requirements, applicants for 12th grade must be coming from another private or IB school in order to be considered for admissions. 
  • International F1 Visa Student Admissions Requirements

    1. Copy of Valid Passport (this should be valid 6 months after the proposed term end date. For example, if a student wants to stay enrolled through May 2026, his or her passport should be valid through November 2026).

    2. Copy of Birth Certificate (translated into English)

    3. Updated Immunization Records (translated into English)

    4. Academic School Transcripts from Middle School and High School (translated into English and transcribed with brief course descriptions). The final academic transcript from the school year prior to admission to Notre Dame Academy must be submitted before starting school in August.

    5. Proof of English language ability using the TOEFL iBT.

    6. Proof of Financial Means, such as a bank statement (translated into English and US Dollars, but please mark out any account information) or affidavit of support from parent or guardian in home country.

    7. Letter of Recommendation from an Academic Advisor, such as a Principal, Counselor, Coach, or Teacher (translated into English)

    8. Proof of Health Insurance valid in the United States

Admissions to Notre Dame Academy is determined by our internal admissions committee. The committee bases all decisions upon Notre Dame Academy’s ability to service each applicant. Students are accepted based upon the submitted recommendation forms, academic profiles, teacher evaluations, extracurricular activities, and interviews.
