Family Fellowship Program

The Family Fellowship Fund (FFF) provides tuition assistance and is awarded to families based on their faith commitment to their parish or church. This fund is completely independent of Notre Dame Academy. Information about FFF provided on this web site is done so as a courtesy to our parents. Additional inquiries about the program should be directed to John Mariana, Committee Chairman, at johnjmariana@yahoo.com.

Applications for each child are due January 1 to January 31 and are to be submitted to:

The following forms and letters are required no later than April 15 and will be used by the committee for applicant evaluation:

  • Ministry Membership Verification Letter
  • Religious Service/Liturgy Verification Letter
  • IRS 1040 for 2008 and Schedule A
  • Tithe Information Form (include letters from charities representing donations for the calendar year)
  • Tuition requirements Form
  • Tuition Liability Statement frtom school for each child
