for immediate enrollment.
Thank you for your interest in Notre Dame Academy, located just outside of Atlanta in Duluth, Georgia! Applying online is easy! Just follow these steps below:
Step 1: Schedule a personal tour for your family today!
Step 2: Submit an online Admissions Application and supporting documents.
- Please select the "2020 - 2021 Application" for August 2020 enrollment.
- Please select the "2019 - 2020 Application" for Immediate enrollment.
- The following documents are required for the Admissions process and are available to be downloaded at the end of the online application. The Transcript Release Form and Teacher Recommendation Form(s) should be filled out in the top section by the applicant's parent / guardian, then turned in to the child's current school with pre-addressed and stamped envelopes, and mailed to Notre Dame Academy via postal mail within two weeks.
Step 3: Do you have a rising 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grader? If so, he or she should plan to take the Secondary School Admission Test* (or SSAT) during the fall of 2019 or winter of 2020 to be considered for spring 2020 Admissions. Notre Dame Academy's SSAT school code is 5432. (*Please note: the SSAT is not required for 9th-12th grade applicants in the Father Colin Program).
Step 4: Will your family require need-based tuition assistance to attend Notre Dame Academy? If so, please complete a separate Financial Aid Application through our online partner, FACTS. Your financial aid application must be verified by the upload of your W-2(s) and previous year Federal and State Income Tax Returns in order to be completed.
Step 5: The Office of Admissions will contact the parent or primary guardian to schedule a Principal Interview or Shadow Day for each applicant. We will extend an Admissions decision after this final step has been completed and the student's full academic file has been reviewed.

Key Dates for 2019-2020:
- August 14, 2019: First day of the 2019-20 school year
- September 2019 - February 2020: We invite you to schedule a Campus Tour online and/or submit your Online Application.
- October 2019 - February 2020: Upper School Applicants (grades 9-12) should plan to take the SSAT test. Notre Dame Academy's SSAT school code is 5432.
- November 10, 2019: OPEN HOUSE (all grade levels, Sunday from 1:00-3:00pm)
- January - March 2020: Schedule Shadow Day or Principal Interview for students in 5th - 12th grades. Ensure completion of Transcript Request and Teacher Recommendation forms from applicant's current school (please request completion within two weeks).
- February 20, 2020: Re-enrollment deadline for current families (online).
- February 20, 2020: Admissions Application Deadline (online).
- February 20, 2020: Financial Aid Application Deadline (online).
- Saturday, April 4, 2020: Notre Dame Academy is a proud member of the Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS). This is the AAAIS Common Notification Date.
- Thursday, April 16, 2020: Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS) Parent Response Date.
