The ideal candidate will also support the school through positive parent interaction and through attending, chaperoning, coaching, or sponsoring activities that take place beyond the classroom. Current Openings

Music Minister

The role of the Music Minister is to provide choir related music for all religious events, public performances, weekly School Mass, Holy days, and spring evening Masses. Reports to the Religious Education Coordinator. This is a full-time, 10-month position, beginning August, 2019.

Marketing Communications Manager

The role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to manage the overall communication between Notre Dame Academy and the school’s internal and external constituencies. Prepares all marketing and communications materials using a variety of mediums including print, digital, video, and social media. Oversees all communication efforts via the school website, school-wide emails a social media. Writes, designs and manages all printed publications such as the annual report, school accreditation reports, admissions materials, fundraising, and special events materials. Supports the work of the development office and promotes the academic departments and programs of the school. Employs the latest research trends and tools in advancement focused communications. Reports to the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid. This is a full-time,12-month position.

Faculty Day Care Aide

The role of the Faculty Day Care Aide is to provide loving, general care to babies from birth to 12 months.

Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach

The role of the Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach and Middle School Volleyball Coach is to assist the Varsity Volleyball Coach/Program Director in coaching and administering the program. Reports to the Varsity Volleyball Coach Program Director.  This is a part-time position.

Head Varsity Volleyball Coach

The role of the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach/Program Director is to oversee the entire volleyball program including 5th grade through high school. Reports to the Athletic Director. This is a part-time position.

Substitute Teachers

The role of the Substitute Teacher is to teach and supervise the classroom with provided lesson plans and specific programs for instruction.

Bus Driver

The role of the Bus Driver is to provide a means of transportation to students and staff to various off campus activities including but not limited to filed trips, sporting events, academic events and other extra-curricular activities.

Facilities Technician

The role of the Facilities Technician is to maintain the grounds, physical plant and equipment, set up for school events and ensure the facility is secure. Reports to Facilities Supervisor. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
